My name is molly gibson - welcome to MG2 Strength!
I am a certified instructor in stott pilates, TRx and an american council on exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer.
My love of fitness and movement began in High School while running cross country through wooded paths and over lush rolling hills. Later, While serving in the Armed Forces (the 84th Engineer Battalion, U.S. Army), I was able to design fitness programs for My company and loved the comaraderie of working out as a unit. while living in Chicago, Lake Michigan provided a beautiful back drop for my marathon training. after two decades of long distance running, i was ready to expand my training - specifically to develop my core and stabilizing muscles through pilates and trx training.
i incorporate a variety of disciplines in my client-customized training programs. my passion is working with clients to formulate and achieve their attainable, measurable goals regardless of where you are on the health, fitness or performance continuum. i strive to make exercise approachable, effective and, above all else, fun!
